Company Announcement

Jiangxi Xirui Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Shuermei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. have reached a merger agreement on March 1st, 2024. Jiangxi Xirui Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will continue operations, and Jiangxi Shuermei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. will be dissolved.

All debts and liabilities of both merging companies will be assumed by Jiangxi Xirui Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Creditors of both companies are requested to contact Jiangxi Xirui Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Shuermei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. within forty-five days of this announcement’s publication to request debt repayment or provide necessary guarantees. Upon the expiration of the announcement period, Jiangxi Shuermei Cosmetics Co., Ltd. will proceed with dissolution.
